Our Policies

Over the years, we have set many milestones in the industry because of our policies that are made clear to customers before fixing business deals. We follow a number of policies and plans to avoid confusions and conflicts with our associates, be it customers or our vendors. The policies that we follow aid us in retaining customers, maintaining products quality, promptly delivering orders, maintaining simple exchange & refund clarity, etc.

Facilities We Have

In the current market, when competition level is consistently increasing, it is tough for companies to lead just with the support of a strong team. Having this understanding, we have invested on maintaining sound facilities for ourselves. We analyzed several business tasks before making investments on the capital resources. Today, we are having an excellent production rate and ability to meet all kinds of demands of customers and the credit for this ability goes to the machines, tools and facilities that our management has updated in the premises.

Spinning: We have maintained our own facilities for spinning; it includes Worsted Spinning, Woolen Spinning, Semi Worsted Spinning and Fancy Spinning. The facilities also include for spinning Lurex Yarn, Dyed / Raw White Slub / Melange, Siro, Injected Slub, Neps and Yarn. To have efficiency and regular improvements, we have R&D Lab, where researches and surveys are conducted related to spinning works.

Knitting: We have modern facilities for knitting work of offered products. The facilities include circular knitting machines, which enables us to produce 3 tons of Single jersey & Double Jersey fabric per day. In the same premises, we have knitting machines that have gauges ranging from 14gg to 28gg. The facilities help us in knitting Dyed as well as Griege yarns using counts from 10s to 2/80s.

Dyeing: Our company dyes all types of yarns at the capacity of 10T / day and lot size of 1 kg to 600 kg. We have equipment with Fongs & Dalal Machine that helps in dyeing Wool Tops / Fiber Viscose, Polyester Fiber / Tops, Acrylic Fiber / Tops and Nylon Fiber / Tops. The dyeing department includes: 

• Macbeth X-rite color ixts Spectro Photometer for formulation as well as controlling quality. It also includes software like color I Control.
• For accurate dye content measurement, we have Auto 32 Dispenser. 
• For dyeing samples in yarn and fabric, we have open bath beaker dyeing machine that has process control PC-4-F/R. 
• For well-conditioning of laboratory samples, we have conditioning chamber.

We have also updated our premises with testing facilities for examining color fastness properties such as Rubbing Fastness, Washing Fastness, Color Fastness to water and Color Fastness to Perspiration.

Processing & Finishing Facilities: We have sound facilities for carrying processing works related to Blankets and Suiting. In the same area, we have machines and tools of Maria Costa for Brushing / Peaching / Sueding work and Cutting & Raising.

Due to our sound facilities, we are efficiently taking and fulfilling market orders related to Viscose Fabric, Knitted Fabric, Siro Yarn, Slub Yarn, Grindle Yarn, Poly Cotton Fabric and many other products.
